Positive: The location is excellent, as is the view from the rooms. We (travelling at the end of October) turned off the AC and slept with the windows open, we liked the sound of waves crashing against the shore. Downstairs there is a common kitchen/sitting area. And there is a beautiful rooftop pool with sea views. There are parking places right at the hotel.

Negative: While the rooms are beautiful, they could be furnished in a more practical way. For example the outlet to connect a hair dryer is too far removed from the mirror/sink, and there was only one hook for the shower towel outside of the shower. No place to stow away the luggage either. There was a bit of dust on the top shelf.

Positive: Loved the view and the easy access to a nearby hike along the coast that was stunning at sunset. The manager/owner was so helpful and sweet, he even helped us to find restaurants that were open while we stayed during a national holiday period

Negative: The room unfortunately had a million lights (in the air conditioning unit, switches on the wall) and so the whole room lit up with neon lights when trying to sleep which was a total bummer
