Positive: I was very overjoyed, this is the most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in Chongqing. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room they arranged for me was very spacious. The front desk of the hotel is excellent. They customized a travel guide for me and also recommended authentic specialty cuisine. The subway downstairs is also very convenient for travel. In short, everything is good and suitable for travel and accommodation. “

Positive: The stay was really great, staff was really kind and helpful despite the fact that they did not speak English. The room was clean, spacious and cosy with a great view on the place. A Little shopping mall next to the hotel with cute bakeries, coffe shop, bank etc... Free laundry was a great plus.

Negative: the stay was very good, the only downside is that none of the staff speaks English so it's complicated to make yourself understood and the breakfast is a little meager when you don't eat meat in the morning, it has little choice for Westerners it is a very typical Chinese breakfast with noodles and vegetables.

Summary: Wonderful stay, i recommend this new hotel
