Positive: Everything really, from the friendly conversation ahead of our stay with recommendations where to eat after arriving on the North Island by ferry to pre-heating the cottage so it would be comfortably warm upon our arrival. The breakfast was nicely prepared in the cottage for flexibility and meeting different tastes. We also loved the beautiful garden inviting for a stroll and breakfast outside and the magazines where almost anyone would be able to find something interesting we believe :) The owners were very friendly, their cat and chicken too!

Positive: Hydrangea Cottage is a uaint cottage which was very clean and comfortable . It was set in a beautiful garden with chickens and a gorgeous dog, Millie. Nigel and Victoria were very welcoming and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there. It was perfect for us.

Positive: Absolutely we found the Host's were lovely, friendly very hospitable. The garden was beautiful, even though there had been a storm last week, the garden was such a delight to wonder around. There garden has inspired me.

Negative: Can't fault anything. In fact we have recommend the cottage already, and plan to visit again.

Summary: A beautiful, relaxing cottage, only wished we had a longer visit.
