Positive: Cleanliness, staff, buffet options and general all inclusive offerings. Beautiful and well maintained resort, water sports and very kid friendly
Negative: I would appreciate having room service food available at an extra cost, and fruit available at the pool bar & beach bar (small sandwiches and hot dogs were available there as a snack only)
Summary: Well worth it, will definitely visit again!

Positive: The resort has very nice facilities, our room was clean.
Negative: The food was below average, big variety, but the quality of the food was poor. If you are a meat lover, you will be disappointed as it was obvious that the meat was not fresh and had a smell. Same foods almost every day. The sweets, on the other hand, were very nice and fresh, plenty of cakes and ice cream. Also, we paid extra for a sea view thinking that our room would have a nice view but we could only see the sea in the distance in between tree's. The lack of stuff was also obvious, especially in the pool areas where there was no one managing the area and guests would take up the beds with their towels for hours without using them.
Summary: Great facilities, let down but lack of stuff and quality of the food.
