Summary: Our stay was overall pretty good. One day as I left the room I did have a toilet malfunction and water on its own overflow. Maintenance immediately came up but he vacuumed the water and wiped with towels and exposed of the water into the bathtub, very unsanitary. I requested to be moved to another room and they did oblige but I had to wait for hours which stopped my day for a few hours as I had to repack and wait for call new room was ready. Everyone that works there seems to be immune to the Jamaican Heat so they didn't utilize all the space fans inside their work zones so left patrons hot when visiting certain desk. Room service always seemed to forget something so order extra, $10 charge per visit to room plus tip if you tip, I do. All the staff and I mean all were extremely courteous and helpful. Tenese Lawernce is with the concierge team and was very helpful. I had special things planned and she took care of all of them seamlessly. I did a beachfront dinner, birthday cake room decor, and a private fire dance on the beach. She took care of all things with zero hiccups. I booked 2 rooms 1 was a 1 bedroom Ocean view and the other was junior suite, I requested an upgrade on the junior suite and was hoping for a complementary upgrade as I did spend a boat load of "extra" money at the resort on private events as it is customary most times. I did have to pay for my upgrade which sucked but at least they allowed me to do it. Food not the best Service top notch Cleanliness subpr

Summary: Overall it was a great stay however there were a few things to note. First, we were told the steakhouse no longer exists and they should take it off the site. The food was good but nothing spectacular. The portion sizes varied by restaurant and the best was the jerk pork. The room was clean but dated. The mini bar stock was subpar for the price and the $10 room service charge was surprising. Maid service took the towels one day and didnt replace them and it took two calls and two hours to get some. Spa service was fantastic although pricey and the pool and service by the pool was great and fun! Overall it was good but if not for a few things it would be great. Also, the location is perfect, away from airport, and although the beach is a little rocky in the water it was still a great area for swimming. Better than average gym and outdoor sports and plenty of music and dancing by the pools and bars!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing and friendly. The grounds, the beach and pool were really nice and clean. The only thing that needed improvement was the hotel could use some upgrades, there could be a bit more entertainment and nightlife and the food was just ok. We will definitely come back.
