Negative: Worn out. The playground closes way too early - 17:15 just when the weather starts to get cooler. They even lock the basketball ring with a padlock, which is unbelievable. On my booking it was written: “Possible free parking on site, reservation not needed”. However, when I asked at the reception where is the free parking I was told that there is only valet parking at $40 per day. This was really lame. Furthermore I had requested an earlier check in at 14:00 as I am at the highest level with booking.com (Genius 3), but my request was rejected and we had to wait until 16:00 before we could check in. Check out is at 10am which is way too early in my opinion. The beach in front of the hotel has about 5-10m of sand and then gets very rocky.
Summary: Worn out and overpriced.

Positive: never had the breakfast ; the cleaning and support staff were excellent - the folks taking orders around the pool were very nice ; bartenders did a nice job
Negative: there were some amenities in the room that were missing ( pizza cutter) - the cold water around the pool areas was not replaced when it ran out ; need more " water coolers " - i wanted to know the protocol for valet parking - is it customary to tip each time and then how much ?

Positive: My family loved our stay at the Hyatt Residence Club. We had a wonderful view of the ocean. The two bedroom two bath was spacious and made our stay so comfortable and made us feel like we were living an extravagant lifestyle.
Negative: I wish they did not have the yoga every morning right outside because the music from that activity woke me up every day at seven a.m.
Summary: Staying at the Hyatt Residence Club helped make this vacation like living a dream.
