Summary: Arrived to no Internet available therefore had extended wait for check in and keys. No comps offered for the inconvenience. Bathrooms are tight and small. Air conditioning was set to 65 and felt like 75. Great location. But don’t know we will return again.

Summary: I placed a do not disturb, on my door and house keeping entered anyway. No breakfast, no hot tub. Too many children in the pool at once. I didn't get a refund for my last night. I got sick with covid and just wanted to go home. They charged me for a night I didn't stay.

Summary: The hotel was really nice and easy to find. The staff was friendly and courteous. We had an issue with the parking but Valene fixed it and even credited us for the expense. The rooms were clean and comfy, I just wish the refrigerator worked better. I would definitely return on my next trip.
