Summary: For a Hyatt Hotel, I booked a Club floor room for all the extra amenities and perks This normally brings! I was extremely surprised to find that all the extra money paid for the club room, did not give us any refreshments or private lounge throughout the day. All you get for all Thos extra cash is a two hour of drinks and a limited range of alcoholic beverages! A real insults for Hyatt!
