Positive: They had everything we expected from a 5*. The bed was comfortable, the pillows soft. They had a cot already in the room before arrival which had a lovely clean sheet and our daughter loved.

Negative: They didn’t have a jacuzzi in the spa and the only pool is outdoor and not heated so our girl couldn’t swim
