Summary: Sheets & comforter were not soft, they were ruff. Pillow was flat. Not enough lighting in room. The cabinet where you set suite case & hung clothes had very little light. Needed more light in room. Nite Stands cute but not big enough, lamps too big on stand. Not enough room to set things on. Shower was nice. Toilet paper very rough. Need softer toilet paper.

Summary: The experience felt quite impersonal. There was no information in the room about the hotel, regarding layout or amenities. The bed wasn't made properly; the bottom sheet was on lopsided and we had to remake it. The sink was stopped up and no one could come to fix it (it was late when we checked in). I really resented having to pay $22 for parking, but that was waived because of the sink situation.
