Summary: I had two rooms and both rooms didn’t have hot water or working showers. No water even came out of either shower head… An empty room next door also had an alarm going off in the early morning that no one could turn off.

Summary: The room themselves are updated and well appointed, and seemed clean. The front desk staff was efficient and helpful. The restaurants were a disaster. I tried to get dinner at the bar on the main level (the only dinner option in the hotel) and only one person seemed to be working. He basically told me it would be a long time before he could get to me, so I had to go elsewhere (not a lot of options near the hotel and I didn't feel particularly safe walking during the evening). In the morning the coffee place had one person working and it was so slow people were just leaving.

Summary: The bar staff was very attendant. Our room had a few issues: no daily room service, had to ask. Supposed to be cleaned every third day but was not. Tiny, tiny soap!! Parking pass did not work first time but did later.

Summary: The floors were dirty. The room entryway is dark. The shower has no light, so it’s dark. The soap holder in the shower is janky, so the shampoo/conditioner bottles fall off. The general feel was that our room was dirty, janky, and not in good repair. Staff was all right. Front end lobby person made it feel like it was a huge ordeal to print out a parking ticket pass.
