Summary: Beatrice assisted with my check-in. She was efficient, sincere and knowledgeable! She asked a manager (Amanda) for help with one situation & the both went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! They’ve converted me to the Hyatt family (from another chain)!! I will definitely be back.

Summary: My stay overall was good.It started off not so nicely.After requesting a bigger room so many days prior to the stay,we got a tiny corner room for four of us.The lady on front desk was asked by her colleague(a white man) to give us that room.we were utterly disappointed.Then we paid extra for a room upgrade.After that everything went smoothly.Im pretty sure the first guy racially profiled us and intervened in our check in process.Overall a very comfortable stay for 4 of us.

Summary: The hotel is beautiful convenient because it has a shuttle ($7 per person for the day) to Disney/downtown Disney. There’s a Starbucks in the hotel and it’s clean and updated. However, I ended up paying a lot more than what I was expecting as I had paid the room in advance. When I arrived they charged $29deposit which they ended up keeping since they add a resort fee and $35 per night to self-park, it’s ridiculous. Those fees should have been charged up front and they should highlight that when booking. I would have not booked this hotel if I had known about all the additional fees.

Summary: Customer service was very welcoming, many accommodated, personal items available based on request, parking was huge, easy access, and reasonable price. Love the entertainment play area. We enjoy the stay very much and will definitely stay again.
