Summary: We could not get the TV to walk with our Netflix and they send someone he didn’t even know what he’s doing and didn’t help us plus we pay for something that we didn’t got. I mean we pay for two adjoining rooms with our families. We need to get compensation.

Summary: Lobby to hotel and entrance was impressive. Staff friendly on check in Room large and clean but smelled smoke Did get compensated with breakfast. The breakfast was awful and disorganised. Furniture in the dining room tatty did not enjoy the expertise at all. Rooms can be noisy due to busy road. Hotel corridors are outdated .

Summary: This hotel is very nice. Comfy beds.Complimentary bottled water at check in!! Late check out no charge! Coffee shop in lobby is very good! Highly recommend. Will be back for our next cruise out of Miami!

Summary: Staff wan not helpful. We did not get our room clean and then when I asked for clean towels staff complained instead of helping even though I explained why the lady was still arguing with me
