Summary: My room had a cooling issue and before I could make it back to the room, someone was waiting to check it. They instantly switched me rooms and even brought me the new room key while I packed. Super helpful, super friendly, and I extremely full of customer service. The had a breakfast buffet and a decent breakfast menu. All delicious. 10/10

Summary: We checked in at 3:00 pm and we were not let in our room until 5:00 pm. Then they proceeded to tell us that the room was ready an hour ago. Very poor service at the front desk.

Summary: Waiting an hour past check in time of 4pm before a room was ready was ridiculous. Use extra staff on days when hotel is full and will be full the following days

Summary: The hotel was doing a full turnover of all the rooms. Checkin was at 4. I still did not have a room 2 hours later! The front desk was finally able to give us a room that was not what I had booked. To make up for it, the front desk comped our parking and breakfast which I appreciated. The room was clean but it’s definitely getting run down.
