Summary: This is a fine hotel if you're going to be out late but if you need/want rest, I don't recommend. The street traffic was incredibly loud. Lots of engines revving all night long. You'll feel like you're sleeping on a race track. The hotel was old and in need of updates. Our tub didn't drain, held water, low shower head, be tough for someone taller than5'6" to shower. Very soft water pressure. Parking is across the street. No super practical if you're coming and going. They do offer valet though. Probably wouldn't choose to stay here again unless attending an event at Rupp, and then only for the convenience factor.

Summary: It was a perfect Hyatt experience. Everything went smoothly, no issues, great value for my money. Would happily return to this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. That was the best part.

Summary: The hotel was an older building that didn’t have the most eco-friendly and other amenities, but everything worked and it was adequate for my purposes so I would give it 4.5 stars out of 5. What it lacks are energy efficient windows and light switches, and an on premises store where personal items (e.g. toothpaste or an umbrella) can be purchased.

Summary: Staff were professional and efficient. Check in was a breeze. The room was spotless and comfortable. The room was serviced by housekeeping both days. Parking was a breeze. Extremely convenient to the Rupp Center. Would definitely stay there again.
