Summary: New property. Probably the cleanest in all of Turkey’e, bypassing the Ritz in Istanbul. Highly recommend if you are used to the sanitary standards of the western world.

Summary: Every thing in the hotel is nice and neat, the staff were so kind and friendly. If someone asked me what I didn’t like, I would say nothing to mention. It is bot my first time to stay in this property. My next vacation in Izmir will be in same hotel that for sure.

Summary: One of the best hotels in Izmir. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with lovely views and all the amenities you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. However, I was quite surprised to find that they charge for coffee in the room. While this is a minor issue, it seemed out of place for a luxury hotel at this price point. I would have expected complimentary coffee, especially given that other 5-star hotels usually provide this as a basic amenity.
