Summary: All was fine except food service. $100 Lunch at Pool restaurant- did not accommodate allergy dispite telling waitress and entering an online order to ensure notes were given to kitchen. Took 20+ mins to remake. Did comp meal after talking to manager. $200 Dinner at onsite restaurant- did accommodate allergy but didn’t advise wait time on order. All but one dish came out, remainder took 30+ mins to come out. Did not comp or offer alternative dish or even timing on dish. All around was disappointing. I didn’t eat with my family for 2 consecutive meals here. Did not provide itemized receipt for dinner. Asked for manager none came. Talked to front desk and they apologized, a restaurant rep called day after to apologize and comp meal that was 30+ min late.

Summary: Great place to stay!! Conveniently located. You forget you’re in the city once at the resort. Super friendly staff with a bunch of things to do for the kids and golf was fun. Course under repair but still fun. My daughter left her pillow there and staff walked to the entry gate to leave with the security guard there for us to pick up. If we ever go back to SA, we definitely will stay here!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay! Very relaxing property! Lots of renovates going on and would like to come back when it’s done to see the improvements. Only complaint was to have someone make sure that kids stay out of the adults only pool area and to open that bar.

Summary: Spent a weekend here for a staycation and it was amazing. They do have construction going on but they do keep the walk paths clean by spraying them and sweeping any dirt off! Room service was delicious! Restaurants were great and the water park was great for the kids!

Summary: The best I could say is nothing wrong. Everything was just above average. Service, food, room. Staff was good. No problems. Everything was clean. Room furniture was a bit below average. Furniture was miss-matched. Had all the pieces, but did not looked like the belonged together. Early cowboy was not my taste. Again, nothing wrong, but would try another hotel next time.
