Summary: Large hotel, easy parking, clean rooms. It gets VERY busy on the weekends, and the dining/bar close down way too early for those who arrive late. Breakfast options are also very limited. For a quite get-away, I’d avoid weekends.

Summary: I was very disappointed in the staff in general. at the hotel the front desk check-in. She was rude. No welcome, greeting or other kindness. Our interaction with staff at breakfast was also rude. There’s no sign to explain self seating or self service. Both questions were asked of staff and their response was very rude. I’m sorry but if nothing is explained and the client is not informed, we assume certain services. When we checked out, there was no one at the desk. 9am on a Saturday. We waited. Finally after making eye contact multiple times with what seemed to be a manager wandering around the bar, he came over. Asked what we needed. Then he went into the staff office then said someone else would be with us a some point. No apology, no explanation, no service. We left the card keys and left. This all seems unacceptable at a high end Hyatt property.

Summary: Thank you Hotels.com for the excellent price for a 1 night stay at this fantastic hotel which is well located , beautifully decorated and has everything you would need ( movie theater, salon, restaurants, atrium, ballroom & elegant staircase. The self parking is safe & great for travelers going north to Maine or south beyond NYC PA Washington etc.

Summary: I only used my cell phone. I didn't go to the bar. You must realize not everyone has a cell phone and can figure out how to access a QR code handed to them on a card at check in. I find this VERY!!!! frustrating. At check in, I think you should ask people if getting hotel info from that card is ok with them, or would they prefer a 3-ring binder with all that info printed out for them. Some of your guests are super seniors, i.e. no cell phone and/or no idea how to use a QR code. Be sensitive to the ages of your guests.

Summary: Gorgeous property, with excellent amenities. The restaurant on site was perfect for an evening dinner in a nice setting. Cute little market on site to grab coffees or quick bites and snacks. Pool was nice and warm, deepest point was 4 ft. so my son had a ton of fun using it and felt comfortable the entire time. Gym looked nice and there was a private movie theater with a current movie playing. Will definitely return when back in the area

Summary: The room was very clean. There was very loud music in the middle of the night that seemed to come from the atrium but it eventually stopped so we were finally able to get some sleep. That was the only slightly bad thing we could say and it wasn't the hotels fault. Everything else was terrific.
