Summary: Noisy. The walls are thin; you could hear the guest and the shower running in next room. The room was dark and the bathroom lighting poor. Given the high room rate there was no free water in the room nor bathrobe nor slippers. Disappointing.

Summary: Room was clean. One of the shampoo containers was full of water instead of product. We asked for a change and had to do twice before taken care of. Also asked for extra towels and they were taken away everyday

Summary: Pedro at the front desk was great! The room (studio suite) was not that great. It was very clean but there was a bit of a funny smell and we had no view at all. The room was located next to the exercise room and there was a lot of noise, especially weights put down on the floor.
