Positive: Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were extremely clean.

Negative: Air conditioning was very loud. Beds had automatic lights attached to base and they wouldn't shut off. Watching TV was challenging - it kept on turning off. No security to get up to floors so anyone could get to your room.

Summary: Nice staff, clean facilities, rooms are good size.

Positive: Good location with a nice pool.

Negative: They offered a $15 credit to use at the bar which didn’t get applied to our bill and they did not respond to any queries about it. Also there was a large convention hosted during our stay so the common areas were very noisy and crowded.
