Summary: There are not adequate words to describe how much we loved staying here! From check in to check out everything was just perfect. We loved the breakfast buffet and the pizzeria! Take some time to appreciate the gardens! They are so stunning. You won’t regret a stay here at this lovely hotel!

Summary: Really lovely resort on a nice clean beach. Room was excellent with a massive comfy bed, nice sofa bed on balcony and everything you’d need or want. They provided a lot of complimentary bottled water too. I was only here for one night so didn’t have time to experience a lot of the hotel facilities but the breakfast was great and pool/bar are very nice too. I hope to come back again for a longer stay.

Summary: The hotel is definitely a good option if you are looking for a hotel near the airport (only 30min away). It is a huge complex and it’s amazing to see how well it is managed. Staff was excellent although it don’t start well. In an American hotel chain I was told that they don’t have too many king size beds. Then I was told I’ve been upgraded to a larger room. Upon entering the room it was the same situation which I experience more frequently around the world. A room with facilities for handicapped guests is being presented as an ‚upgrade with more space‘. It was sorted out afterwards but it becomes more a nuisance that I have to mention it explicitly at checkin every time.

Summary: The location is so beautiful by the beach. The staff is wonderful, friendly, accomodating. Caring. I really felt taken care of. The breakfast staff were very accommodating with our gluten free needs. The tropical fruits were wonderful. The aqua fit was so fun and actually a work out. The massages were great. The bike ride was fun. The AC in the room was so needed as it does get hot. I drank cold coconuts by the pool every day, Delicious. And had great shrimp and chips by the pool. So friendly so sweet. Will miss this place a lot.

Summary: The rooms are small and have thin walls, the best for this hotel are the amazing resort area and the adults only pool area and a good gym. The location is perfect.

Summary: This was the third time we have stayed at this hotel ,the first time was 38 years ago the hotel has been kept up to date, excellent position, excellent staff very good WiFi. I am sure that we will be back.

Summary: We are a Danish couple, architect and engineer, who stayed at the Hyatt Regency Bali from March 7th to March 11th, 2026. Our hobby is traveling - we have visited all 7 continents and have traveled in 154 countries - so we have stayed at countless hotels. We both think the Hyatt Regency Bali is a candidate to be the most beautiful hotel we have stayed at. On top, we experienced a super service from all the employees we were in contact with. Everyone was service minded, smiling and friendly. Therefore, we have decided to come back to the hotel after 12 days in Timor Leste to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the very high level of service once again. We give our best recommendations.
