Summary: The room was a good size and it was comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed for a two night stay. The pullout couch isn’t comfortable, but they aren’t usually. We found an errant crayon when we opened the couch and what might have been a used flat sheet. The breakfast area was bright and seemed to have a good selection. The gym was open 24/7. The woman at the front desk who greeted us on arrival was lovely. They had some tech issues (pos was down, so they took our credit card manually). A few issues that were outside of the hotel’s control: 1. Guest noise levels. We were in a floor with a family who was attending a wedding. They practiced opening and slamming their doors and exercising their vocal cords until well past midnight. Their dog barked, and barked, and barked. We’re animal people, but not at midnight. 2. Road construction made it impossible to turn left into the parking lot from Huron church (not a critical issue, but it was a surprise the first time we tried entering the hotel parking lot from the main entrance). 3. If you’re booking a hotel within walking distance to a Starbucks, the location across the street from the Hyatt was recently closed (another surprise, though not the end of the world)! There’s another Starbucks a short drive away, but it’s not a very walkable distance from the property.

Summary: Loved our stay. convenient location, very helpful friendly staff, easy parking, very good breakfast. Nice workout equipment. I did not use the pool but saw that is was clean and well kept. All in all a great stay and we would easily choose to stay here again.

Summary: Me and my family have stayed here once before and we continue to go back. Staff is great facilities are great good breakfast. One thing I could say is the width of the parking spots. Other than that. Everything is great with this hotel. We’ll definitely stay here multiple times.

Summary: Very trendy hotel. I liked the pool and gym. I didn’t like the blasting music in the pool and gym area. I did not like the floor to ceiling window on the second floor room. Blinds were hard to use

Summary: Hotels fine room was clean and comfortable. Only concern is that the pool area needs to be cleaned on a regular basis. There was so much hair in the pool, hair and dirty shoe prints on the pool deck pool deck area had food crumbs paper from where someone had eaten, I was in that area for about an hour and a half and never saw staff maintenance person come in to tidy the area or to get the dirty wet towels off of Poole furniture
