Summary: We had a great experience. We ended up being upgraded, which was great. Breakfast was great. Only weird thing is that you have to take an elevator to get to the lobby of the hotel. It was great that we could walk to the concert in the connecting skywalks.

Summary: Employees are very nice, room is clean and has everything you need. The only small negative which they cant do anything about would be the parking garage is a very tight fit for our truck getting in and out. Everything else was fine. The downtown area is nice and walkable.

Summary: Everything and everyone was amazing! Friendly staff. Only negative I can say is that we were charged $250 per night incidentals fee which is WAY more than I have ever been charged!!! I was told it would take 3-10 days to “fall off” if there was no extra fees occurred. I do not think this is there standard fee as last month I stayed there and it was either $50 or $100 maybe since there was a concert nearby?

Summary: We took our daughters to a concert at the Target Center so the location was wonderful. However, it was a little difficult to actually find the hotel and figure out parking. Now that we have seen it and understand it, it makes sense. The person working at check-in wasn't very friendly, so when we had questions about directions we asked the bartender and he was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Our room was nice and breakfast was good.
