Positive: The staff was super nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The view from the dining area was very gorgeous.

Negative: Neither one of the hot tubs worked. The 6th and 5th floor ice machines were broken. They didn't even have a cook on staff for their advertised dinner menu. So there was no dining experience available.

Positive: The location was great. The staff was nice. The shuttle was convenient. The views of the mountains were great

Negative: Breakfast buffet was horrible and not kept clean during breakfast time. They ran out of certain food daily at the restaurant. Only one jacuzzi worked.

Summary: Overall the stay was pleasant. I would stay again and just remember to eat somewhere else.

Positive: The proximity to the ski school and lift was excellent! The staff at front desk was helpful and pleasant. Big breakfast room. We were able to use it for take our dinner one night for our 19 ppl contingent.

Negative: Breakfast menu was repetitive. Scrambled eggs and Canadian bacon was all they served every day on the hot things. The fireplace was never on and no one seemed to be able to remedy that. We always had to get our own coffee packets and creamer for the room. I don't believe there was any food available other than breakfast even though it is advertised as a place to get food for dinner. Sometimes the bar was not staffed until 10 as advertised.

Positive: Beautiful scenery.

Negative: Staff was pretty forgetful. Did not get my room cleaned when requested. We were there for 4 days. Room phones were not working. People running around our floor at 10 pm, and 3 am.
