Summary: Check in: 8/10 because long line up and 1 person working on check in. Waited 15-20 min. Room: 7/10 it’s a standard hotel room. It was clean, bathroom clean. Bed was horrible. Horrible mattress (very squishy feeling and rubbery. Did not feel like a good mattress. Almost like a hospital type. Breakfast buffet: 3/10 scramble eggs like rubber. Selection was not good. For $20€ not with at all.

Summary: I reserved two rooms. The front desk would not let me check in the second room until my son arrived, as he staying in the room - very inconvenient for my other son staying in that room. When I asked about underground parking for our rental cars, they told me to just get a ticket. They did not tell me we needed to get the ticket validated to get out, so we were stuck until the front desk answered us on the intercom. The restaurant was very nice - really enjoyed dinner and the included breakfast.

Summary: Last minute booking due to flight cancellation. Hotel staff were friendly and positive in trying to allow us to access a room as soon as possible given our morning flight had been cancelled. Location is not too far from Terminal 2 but with suitcases a taxi is required. Room was og a good size with a very good bathroom / shower (plenty of hotter).

Summary: Great hotel and value for money. Clean and quiet rooms with comfortable beds and amazing AC during a heatwave kept the room very good nights sleep. My only recommendation for light sleepers is to request a room on the back side of the hotel as there was an outdoor nightclub directly opposite the hotel that was bumping music into the early hours. Not a knock on the hotel at all as it’s clearly out of their control, and I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Frankfurt.

Summary: Appreciated cleanliness, walkable location to airport, plenty of space to unpack, quiet, good mattress & shower. Requested another pillow as theirs are very thin. The pillow was brought up 2 hrs later when I was already asleep. I'd given up as I'd tried a couple times to phone the desk & they didn't pick up. I set up a wake up call as per the directions on phone since they did not pick up the phone to, also, request that. Glad my cell alarm worked as their wake up call never happened. When I brought these concerns to their attention in the morning, he said the wakeup call problem had never happened before. Then his supervisor said those go to corporate after 10 pm so don't happen. This could make a guest miss their flight. They need to pick up calls themselves to prevent all of these mishaps.

Summary: Just next to S-train station Frankfurt Gateway Gardens, one stop from Frankfurt Airport. Very convenient if you require overnight before or after flight. Rooms are large and clean. Only improvement I can think of: hotel name can only be read from opposite side of street. When walking to the hotel there are no signs. Hotel should place hotel name sticker on entrance door!
