Summary: We specifically chose this hotel because of the pool, so we could enjoy the swim in the heat of the summer. If we had known the pool wasn't ready to use, we would have booked somewhere else. We were never informed it would be unavailable. Is there anything the hotel can do to make this right? Thank you.

Summary: Overall, my stay was okay, but there were a few issues that should be addressed. The shower handle was extremely difficult to operate and took a lot of force to turn on and adjust the water. The entrance door to the room was even worse—it was so hard to open that I had to use my shoulder just to get it moving, which was frustrating and unacceptable. I also think guests should be notified in advance if the property is undergoing renovations. It would have been helpful to know about the construction before arriving so I could set my expectations accordingly. With better communication and attention to maintenance, this property could provide a much better guest experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Summary: I called last minute and spoke to Nikita. The a/c at the Airbnb went out and we (party of 3) needed to find a room for 2 nights. She immediately checked and found a room that met all our needs. Could we check in early... in like an hour? She said she'd notify housekeeping. When we arrived Nikita and the room were waiting. She said she didn't want anyone to suffer another night without a/c. We are grateful to Nikita for being so take- charge and making things work for us. Negative: the pool was closed and we really could have used a dip on the pool. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, pancakes and breads. We were very happy with Nikita and Hyatt

Summary: Given the fact that they are remodeling, it could be better. The first room we had had no place to hang clothing and the paint smell was terribly strong. The young lady at the desk was quick to change our room. There was a lot of construction equipment just sitting in the lobby and the carpet had trash in several places. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Summary: I stayed at Hyatt Place Augusta, Ga for two nights. the hotel is under construction. Parking was terrible, We either had to walk a distance or at times had to park illegally. The dust from construction was evident everywhere. Our room was worn/very over used. The furniture had scratches and dents, the blinds did not work, sofa was worn to almost holes in a couple of spots and one part/cushion had no support and was unusable. Construction dust was on the chest/counter and would also be on my clothes and in my hair. Water pressure was very poor in the shower, refrigerator was freezing items and on our check out day we started having problems with the toilet. I requested a discount due to the conditions and was told an email would be sent? No response.

Summary: Room we were given was still being cleaned wasn’t told anything. My wife went back down to lobby I stayed bc they said almost done ten mins later they were. After getting out of a six hour car ride that fun. Also later in evening when my wife was in the shower a manager i am assuming tall man maybe glasses knocked and walked into our locked room immediately seeing me and leaving the room not even saying a word but something to someone in hallway like what was that. Also there wasn’t a trash can besides one small bathroom one so we had to use one of our shopping bags for our trash.
