Summary: This property is actually down the street from my home. I have a lot of children in which sometimes it’s hard to concentrate on getting my work done so I like to go over a hotel where I get peace and quiet and dig deep into my work on my computer and get some stuff done this place is amazing

Summary: I wanted to give a big shout out to Malachi. He was kind, personable, and professional in every way and during every interaction. I also want to compliment the breakfast staff. They were all courteous and generous. Thank you to the cleaning staff for your service as well. Hyatt House, thank you for making my visit to Vacaville to see my oldest daughter so wonderful.

Summary: Just stayed with my dogs to sleep, due to the fireworks in my town. Property was in a commercial area no houses, thought it would be okay. Nope, still had fireworks. And the $75 pet cleaning fee was a little extreme , my pets sleep on blankets from home and did not mess the room at all. They are neater than some people, but it is what it is.

Summary: Stayed for about a week and everything was amazing except the Ants coming from the shower vents. We had to turn the shower on for a good 10 min everyday so we could shower and have no ants crawl on us. Other than that it was an amazing stay.

Summary: Very nice hotel. Clean, good breakfast, and very comfortable room. Only issue was I booked a 1 bedroom king suite requesting a high floor. When I checked in I was told there was a maintenance issue causing me to not get the room a booked and was put in a studio King on the first floor. I asked if anything could be offered for me not getting the room I originally booked and paid for, there was no advanced notice of room change and nothing I could be offered for having to change rooms. I was hoping for either a credit on the room, additional points on my Hyatt membership, discount or comp room in the future. Other places I have stayed that had issues that didn’t stem from me were able to be more accommodating. I was disappointed in that but would still stay here again.

Summary: Front desk agent was terrible and rude, pool was way overcrowded, no seats, no shade, had a Villa and all patio furniture was very dusty, only enjoyable part of our trip were the bellman.

Summary: Staff was fantastic from the second I first arrived on the property to the second I left the property. Clean rooms. I'd stay again if I'm ever in the area.
