Summary: My stay was comfortable, very peaceful wonderful service didn't get a chance to enjoy the rooftop lounge/ restaurant due to rain but I still enjoyed my stay and will visit soon again

Summary: I checked in shortly after midnight and went straight to my room. I was using the bathroom and the phone started ringing so I went to it but then it stopped, not sure who it was or why I would have a call so late as it didn’t ring again until I was in the bathroom the next morning when it happened again. By the time I got to the phone, it quit ringing again so it was kind of annoying. Another thing, I could hear some other room’s tv throughout the night so it was difficult to sleep. Other than that, the room was nice and spacious. Kitchen frig only semi-cooled my drink.

Summary: My trip was amazing I was in town for a concert. My room was nice and clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and Michel’le was a few rooms down from us and we got to meet her before the concert and the ladies of Changing Faces stayed there as well. Overall I would definitely recommend staying at Hyatt House. It was very secure and the candy at check in desk is delicious too. We also had a nice view and we were on the fifth floor.

Summary: The staff at this hotel are all terrific. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional and wantibg to make your stay perfect. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was nice to stay downtown and have a chance to see that part of Augusta. It's clearly in need of some investment, but has great potential and some small busi esses are making their case for a revitalized downtown.

Summary: Used to be nicer, the elevator requires a key and that’s lame for Augusta. Front door opens so slow you almost walk into it.

Summary: From the room to the bar everything was outstanding ! The roof top bar was amazing ! The room was large and roomy ! Alexis was a great bartender a lot of knowledge ! Great personality! The other bartender was awesome as well I just forgot her name . Front desk was outstanding but again forgot her name ! Great location! Breakfast was super good! I will return!
