Positive: The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They served us tea as we reached late at night. They made sure we were comfortable.
Negative: The bathrooms were dirty, the kitchen rubbish bin had not been emptied for a while, and the place felt so humid. Just a little bit of effort by getting cleaning done & opening the windows a coop of hours before the guests arrive, would have helped.
Summary: Overall a very beautiful place with greenery & scenery around, but needed maintenance and cleaning.

Negative: Turned out not to be value for money spent. Access to hotel was not properly explained and our car got stuck in very steep uphill road. They had no driver to help. Very old construction, no helper boy except for parents of owner. Smelly rooms. They charged GST but did not give GST bill for the stay

Positive: The property situated on a hill has lots and lots of flowers which adds to the charm. The resident host Mr. and Mrs. Sah were a lovely elderly couple very affectionate and caring. Mr. Sah a nature lover , mountaineer and award winning photographer told anecdotes about his mountaineering and photographic experiences which added immense value to our stay
