Positive: The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were cheerful and friendly. It is set in a peaceful spot with lovely grounds and a pool. The room we were given felt private and quiet, and was great to relax in after a busy day out exploring. The location was good for our what we had planned during our break, and Wi-Fi within the hotel was good.

Negative: Just some further little touches would have been good, such as being asked if we needed more tea/coffee/milk and clean mugs and towels in the room after a couple of days. Also, the breakfast was a bit of a lottery. It should be made clear it will just be a “continental style“ with tea/filter coffee/juice, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, croissants, but add maybe cheese and some salami, a toaster and an egg boiler so guests could suit themselves? The scrambled egg presented was cold and rubbery, and there was nothing else offered for cooked breakfast. The dinner menu should focus on a few really authentic well cooked Asian dishes rather than trying to cover too many options (not sure the Italian and pub style works).

Positive: I had a lovely stay with my husband over the weekend. The staff were so welcoming when we arrived. The gym was fantastic, beautiful colour and all the equipment was brand new. There are some lovely beaches about a half an hour drive away and the camel trail is about 15 mins drive. We managed to hire some bikes last minute and had an enjoyable cycle along the trail.

Positive: I enjoyed the food. On the first night staff were accomodating and kind following a difficult drive. We felt looked after! The breakfast fruit pancakes were lovely. Particularly attentive, nice staff! The room was spacious and clean. Very welcoming to the dog which is a relief x

Negative: Tired in places, the pool/spa facilities need work. Very hot around the hotel (but spare fans made available). No english breakfast option and the tv didnt work. Minor hiccups made up for in full by kind staff.
