Positive: Beautiful setting. Communal Kitchen are with very nice view

Negative: Did not expect to sleep on such basic foldaway beds No cups no coffee and empty milk bottle in fridge, Only offered scrambled eggs at breakfast as cooked breakfast

Summary: Looks fabulous but our stay was not as expected.

Positive: Beautiful property in wonderful location with fantastic views across the Weald of Kent. Very quiet even though M25 and Gatwick are close by. Swimming pool waa an added bonus to the well appointed rooms anc freshly preparwd breskfast. A little more expensive than some places but well worrh it

Positive: This property was lovely. We walked to a local pub for dinner where a Michelin trained chef served wonderful food. The views of the surrounding countryside were amazing.
