Positive: I had an amazing stay at Hunza Lounge. The location is perfect , right in the center of Karimabad, making it very convenient to visit places like Baltit Fort, Altit Fort, the local bazaar, and Ganish Village. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The Pakistani chai was incredibly good, the French toast was fresh and delicious, and the homemade local jam made everything even better. The hospitality was exceptional throughout the stay. Noushad and the entire staff were warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer breathtaking views of the valley. Waking up to views of Rakaposhi, Diran, and Spantik from the window honestly felt unreal ,like looking at a painting. The rooftop was another favorite spot, with panoramic views where you can clearly see Ladyfinger Peak and Ultar Sar. If you’re planning hikes or tours around Hunza, the hotel also helps organize trips and guided experiences across Gilgit-Baltistan, which made everything very easy and stress-free. There are several beautiful hikes nearby, including Ultar Meadows, Eagle’s Nest, and Baskochi. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Hunza Lounge to anyone visiting Hunza Valley and looking for great hospitality, stunning views, and a peaceful atmosphere.

Positive: Hunza lounge is a fantastic choice for your stay in Karimabad. We had an amazing stay at Hunza Lounge. The room was spacious and very clean. The view from the balcony as well as the rooftop are amazing. The staff was very helpful and kind, they made our stay very pleasant. But especially the owner of the hotel made our stay unforgettable. He helped us with anything we asked for and more. He had a lot of knowledge about the local community and history. Besides that it was a lot of fun to spend some time with him. We would 100% recommend this hotel

Positive: Outstanding location near the Hunza Serena hotel - a good balance between being up the big Karimabad hill and near the highway. The Bazaar is 10 minutes walk away. Really helpful staff. Very comfortable room. Central location for treks and other sights. Just book it.

Positive: A really great place to stay. The views from the room are amazing and there is a small balcony with a couple of comfy chairs too. The room is spacious, light and airy. Good bathroom. Good breakfasts too. Noushad the owner and Amir who manages the hotel day to day are very helpful. I lost my small backpack off the back of my motorbike with my passport and other valuables. They assured me that it would be handed by local people. Noushad accompanied me to the police station and sure enough one of the policeman showed me a photo of my bag that had been posted on social media. The taxi driver who found my bag drove to the police station and returned it to me. A huge relief to me a and a great example of the honesty of the people of Hunza.

Negative: Only negative was the water pressure in the shower was quite low but still perfectly functional.

Summary: Great hospitality and amazing views.

Positive: -- all around fantastic stay at the Hunza Lounge! -- spacious, clean, really comfortable bed; the HL even has a back-up power system -- superb Hunza valley views from the balcony -- Noushad & his team provide exceptional service and assistance to guests, from simple breakfasts/dinners, arranging trips to nearby sites and dealing with any issues -- close enough to walk to Baltit Fort or hit up the Serena's nightly buffets.

Negative: -- nothing really -- overlooking the valley is very nice, but of course occasional noises will carry into the room
