3 Bedroom Cabin in Aurora

In Beaufort County NC, just bring your guns and fishing rods. Located just off the ICW
just east of Aurora NC, this well-manicured 7.1-acre private
retreat that is 100% ready to move in ready to use.
The
remodeled camp sleeps ten people and has a new central
HVAC system; with satellite ready Internet and Direct TV.
This is a truly turnkey property that includes flat screen TV, all appliances, beds,
sheets, cookware, dishes, plates and the list goes on. There are two porches, one porch on the
front is screened in and the porch on the back overlooks a small
pond. The property has a private gated drive that leads to this great
waterfront acreage. There is a beautiful 30’X50’ insulated barn built
to store hunting and fishing equipment. There are four individual
lockers to hold your hunting and fishing equipment and multiple
shelves around the barn. The barn has a 14’X16” garage door for
easy access for a boat and French doors that lead to a large covered
porch that looks at the creek. When you go to the creek that is only
two minutes from the ICW by boat, you see the private boat ramp
and great pier. Enjoy sitting close to the creek by the large fire pit on those cool evening’s during hunting season. From the boat ramp
you can be in the Pamlico River in a few minutes and can easily
access the Pamlico Sound for some of the best fishing in Eastern
North Carolina. This area is also known for great duck hunting, with
multiple North Carolina state duck impoundments very close to the
area like Pamlico Point and Campbell’s Creek impoundments. This is truly the perfect place for a base
camp for a few days or extended stay.
