Positive: The front office team from Vivian and Tracey ,the room service and breakfast team were top notch.Made us feel very welcome and pampered.Nice four poster beds and good complimentary consumerables in the room.

Negative: The hotel has seen better days.The balconies were dusty ,the wood on the balcony doors were cracked and locks loose.The dinning room also needs a lick of paint.

Summary: A great stop over to/from Mombasa.Great service Overdue a facelift.

Positive: The bed was comfortable.

Negative: 1. Not very many choices for dinner because there were only us and another guest. 2. No television reception. 3. The top of the netting was blocking the fan, so it was too warm while sleeping. 3. Monkeys were poking their heads through the opening in the roof while we were eating breakfast below them. 4. The swinging doors to the bathroom did not give us personal privacy.

Positive: Very convenient as a night stop from Kilifi to Nairobi. Àn ideal stop, the food was very good, could have a yogurt option on the breakfast menu, mainly pastries and bread, so if you are gluten intolerant, a bit difficult. However we had a delicious massage omelette and fruit.
