Our home is situated on 26 acres, only a block off of 23A on a very quiet, dead end street so there is unlimited privacy. We are only 4 miles from Hunter's new North entrance and 9 miles from Windham Mountain. The house is across the street from Schoharie Creek. Perfect getaway all year round.
Everything in the house is brand new (mattresses, linens, furniture, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.) Open concept with plenty of room to enjoy time with family and friends.
The house is a single floor home with two bedrooms (master - king bed & 2nd bedroom - 2 queen beds). There is an air mattress in the den so the house can comfortably accommodate 6-8 guests. There is one full bathroom and one 1/2 bathroom. Open concept floorplan and an 8 ft. island in the kitchen makes it great for entertaining and cooking (stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops), large farmhouse dining room table, Smart tv's the bedrooms, kitchen and living room. large living room with foosball table, huge deck with multiple seating areas, outdoor BBQ and fire pit. 26 acres of hiking on private property right outside the back door.

Summary: We were very pleased with our stay. The house was clean and well appointed. Opening up and checking out were both completed with ease. The layout was perfect for an elderly member of the family and we enjoyed the large common areas where we could gather.

Summary: This home was just amazing! We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. The location is perfect. It is a real sanctuary! Very peaceful and quite , with everything the countryside has to offer. We felt like we were at home. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!! The kitchen was amazing and we enjoyed the option to cook our meals, the deck in the back of the house was my favorite place to relax in the evenings. It has a great size grille. We used it for grilling every evening . This charming home was perfect in every way! It was exactly what we were looking for. All amenities we needed were at our fingertips, and the check-in process was seamless. Tricia, the property owner was professional and very prompt in every step of the way. We were so impressed with this property. It was probably the cleanest home we have ever rented. Tricia, is fantastic! She provided us Detailed, informative and clear communications. She responded to our questions immediately, we were well taken care of. Would stay here again!"

Summary: We were very happy staying at this house. Everything was very organized and clean. The house is completely renovated. The owner was very nice and answered any questions we had immediately. The location was great for skiing because it was close to the mountains. We would definitely stay there again!

Summary: The house was pristine & well equipped with all the essentials from bedding & towels, to hand soap, & paper towels. We had fun with the available games including Monopoly, Jenga & Foosball. The landscape was beautiful & secluded. Our kids had fun exploring the great outdoors & we were all in awe the number of visable stars at night!!! Great weekend of skiing at near by Windham (about 15 minutes away) & relaxing in the peace & quiet.
