Positive: The house was cozy and on the water. It had everything that we needed. It was not too big or small for the 4 of us. The floor plan was open . Beach Access was easy by going over the dune or using the public walkway close by. The house had limited ocean view only because of the size of it but... you had unlimited sound of the waves hitting the beach! The outside deck facing the ocean was a nice wind blocker on a couple of the really windy days but still allowed the warmth of the sun to hit us. Not having to climb 3 flights of stairs as larger houses have was a huge bonus! The decor was nicely done. We all loved the framed puzzles throughout the house. There are enough books throughout the house that even a hardcore reader would be busy for quite a while.

Negative: The mattresses were ok but maybe a little upgrade is needed. The only TV in the bedrooms was in a kids room which we didn't use. All of us are TV in bed people but this was in no way a deal breaker, cell phones are the new TV's! (There is a huge TV in the living room that compensated and had us all watching movies together at night so maybe they know better than we do. 😉)
