Positive: Spaciuous and clean room. We liked the fact that the hotel is connected to the to the baths and you can go there in your robes. The food is ok, the access to the restaurant is organized in two shifts maybe because they can't accomodate everybody at once.

Negative: They say that access to the baths is included in the room price BUT does not include the checkout day. If you stay for 2 nights and checkin at 2PM this means that you get only half a day access when you arrive and you have to pay for the last day. This can be a deal breaker versus a stay at a nearby villa.

Summary: Great location, clean and friendly staff.

Positive: We enjoyed our stay. The room was nicely furnished, spacious enough for two adults, a toddler, and a baby. Everything was clean, which we really appreciated. Having the hotel directly connected to the water park with unlimited access was a big plus for us as a young family. Our toddler loved the playroom, and both kids enjoyed the water park. The staff were friendly, professional, and some even spoke our native language. The food was generally good, but there’s still room for improvement.

Negative: The all-inclusive option wasn’t worth it. We originally booked half-board but extended our stay with all-inclusive. Even though the extra cost wasn’t high, the lunch options were very limited, and the snacks between meals were disappointing. I also didn’t like how the waiters acted—while we were on half-board, they pushed us to order drinks, but once we switched to all-inclusive, they’d ask briefly and lose interest once they noticed our wristbands. There were also constant queues for drinks because we had to go through the bar staff, so it would make sense for waiters to handle that instead. The food was good overall, but other Hunguest hotels we’ve stayed at had even better quality. The AC in the room felt weak. We stayed in September, so it wasn’t extremely hot, but the unit still couldn’t keep the room at the temperature we wanted during the day.

Negative: The Wi Fi was almost nonexistent in our room. The food included in our reservation was not what you expect from a four star hotel. However the service restaurant staff is doing a good job in serving and replenishing the food items.
