Summary: Location is perfect, peaceful and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were magical at night. Staff was very attentive. Hotel rooms are looking a little worn, but mostly clean. Will definitely stay again!

Summary: No my son got a parfait and I wished I would have gone back immediately and told them it was clearly old and not purchasable. Disgusting and rude of the workers. I cannot do the picture but I KNOW YOU HAVE MY PURCHASE SO YOU KNOW EXACTLY. KT WAS A HARD As* ROCK OF “yogurt”. Absolutely disgusting. The next the “air/heater” made a noise like I was breaking the machine and wasn’t ever hot even at the hottest at 80. I asked to be moved and told they would with no response.

Summary: The resort is such a beautiful setting. Very peaceful and really makes you feel like you are on vacation. We used the heated pool and jacuzzi every evening. The staff were happy and friendly. Our room was nice, we had a microwave and a little fridge which I really appreciated. We had our little dog with us and the staff was friendly to us and our dog.
