Summary: The condo provided enough space to accommodate our 5 different siblings families. It was nice that each little area had its own bathroom and the patio table was large enough to provide seating for all of us during family dinners. The condo was clean and the staff was attentive when we required more supplies such as TP, paper towels, garbage bags, and bedding as every bed did not come already fitted with sheets and blankets. The pictures of the bedrooms and kitchen are a little deceiving as they were smaller than what it looked like in the pictures. The hot water heater went out while we were there and no one from maintenance came to fix it even after multiple requests. If you have a big group I would suggest bringing additional paper plates, cups, and silverware. There was not enough for all guests to use when eating as a family. Overall it was an enjoyable stay!

Summary: Check in was amazing! The place had multiple problems. The first person to use the bathroom noticed it was broken. The air conditioner leaks a lot of water into the laundry room. The game room was not usable because all of the wires from the wall to the playstation and x box were pulled out and hanging so they could not be used. Broken tiles from tables not picked up. Stained couches that were questionable to sit on. Our bathroom shower did not have hot water. The toilet paper anchors were hanging out of the wall. The other bathroom had a lot of bugs in it. Lights in the gazebo don't work. 95% of them were out. The outside chairs were cracked and dirty. They kayaks outside didn't have plugs so you will sink right when you get them in the water. For the money we put out for this place we expected SO much more. I did get ahold of property owner and all they said was" Oh my God". Some of the rooms didn't have tv service. I would say the owner needs to get in there and fix everything so that people don't feel slighted when paying so much for this place.

Summary: Not enough dishes and silverware. That’s the only negative. Should have brought paper plates. Also, we brought K-cups for coffee and it was a regular coffeemaker. Oops. Great vacation with family. I would rent this place again just for the privacy issues with a large group. Beds and pillows were good. The pool was not impressive. Had to use cash for the swim up bar. Wouldn’t scan your bracelet to charge it on your room.

Summary: Check-in was easy, staff are super helpful. Unit was large as described but not as clean as it could be. Had a locked bathroom due to a leak in one of the bedrooms which was very inconvenient with 14 people. It does have a great view and the outdoor area/balcony was huge Overall it’s was a great trip

Summary: I was extremely excited to book this room, but was disappointed upon arrival. The pictures that are posted above are not accurate the couches are extremely dirty and stained the and the linens on the bed are very worn down. I wasn’t 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. In one of the bedrooms there was what looked like throw up by the bed. It also just felt like everything in the room was falling apart. I will say there is room for everyone in this room so it would work for a big group of friends. Overall the room was okay, I think the room was amazing at one point and has the potential to be amazing again but it needs to be maintained. The owners were great at communicating and I really did appreciate that!

Summary: This condo had room for every one in our group of 13. The views are unbelievable and the unit had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool/swim-up bar and were able to walk to 6 different bars/restaurants during our stay👍

Summary: Penthouse is good. Some bathrooms (upgraded ones) did not have hot water. Older part of unit bathrooms definitely need an upgrade. Grossed out by bathroom by entrance. Kitchen is very small for the size of unit. Art on wall is not appropriate for children AT ALL!!! The balcony is amazing. Great for large families.
