Summary: The first few minutes we had to make contact with contact person because the cleaning people had locked the front door handle so the code would not open the door . The air condition did not work properly and would not maintain the temperature many hours it was 79-85-89 degrees in house - we made contact many times . Even though a new person responded and did send an air condition tech out -the air was never fixed totally . The tech told us the wrong filters were placed in hallway vent which he removed since the air would freeze up if left in . The tech told us the nest thermostat was controlled by an app and placed on a schedule the home owner controlled . So he could not help us. Everyday we had challenges with the air and we reached out multiple times with thermostat pictures indicating the high temperature . The day of wedding , the wedding party all had to get ready at the venue due to the high temperature in the home setting . In addition, the pool area was not clean there was a lot of debris and needed to be cleaned.We did not use it due to its lack of cleanliness on the deck and around cooking area. We did not complain about this or the playground equipment which was not kept up unlike pictures on the website . Since our focus was trying to get through the wedding with a cool house , we are noting these other issues cleanliness and playground on this review .We selected this house due to the website descriptions and its location to the venue . We were frustrated

Summary: The property was pretty much as advertised, clean, and convenient. Check-in and check-out was seamless with no issues for me or my group of around 8 friends

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. House was nice and clean, outside could use some TLC. Pool was clean and refreshing. We had an issue with the AC but it was quickly fixed when AC company was called. Easy check in and out process. Definitely would recommend.

Summary: Interior was Nice.... Except I'm glad we brought our own TP. Plus the AC kept resetting every couple of hours to 80+ digress. Had to wake up to a hot room in the middle of the night to bring the temp back down so i could go back to sleep. Exterior not so much.... We ended up cleaning the exterior patio ourselves since there was huge spider webs everywhere & weeds were growing thru the drains. Grass was very long and outside landscaping has been neglected. walkway to main entrance was overgrown. Main driveway flooded every time in rained. The next door neighbors' farm was a nice touch for my daughter.

Summary: It was down a dead end road wich was nice and quite. The yard was big for the kids the playground was perfect for the kids ..the pool was clean the kids loved it..perfect for a big family...
