Summary: This property made a great place to live and work for 6 weeks in Tacoma. Adjacent to Old Town and the waterfront for excellent Coffee, and great walks and waterfront restaurants. There is ample space for lounging or working; Beautiful views and a nice neighbor with Felix the dog. Elegant enough for guests and spacious comfort for the TV and video crowd. We set up 3 computer work stations and still had full "living room" spaces for relaxing. Kitchen is great for cooking in and within a mile there are several good restaurants.

Summary: We had 10 people so the house accommodated my family just fine. Melissa checked in on us to make sure we were OK and asked if we needed any extra supplies. There were extra roll away beds and air mattress if needed. Having a fan in each room was nice since temperatures got a little warm when we were there. From the upper balcony we had great view of many fireworks along the water for the 4th of July.

Summary: Loved the house, a lot of space for everyone. Us Samoans always have big families and this place was perfect, although the neighbors complained because of the loud noises but it’s our natural. Sorry to the neibors, but overall loved the place ❤️
