The attached private bathroom has a standing shower & large, wood-framed mirror over a marbled countertop. The bathroom is stocked with all of the essentials like fresh, clean towels, makeup cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer & more.
The second bedroom has a peaceful aesthetic in shades of green and cream and features a framed gallery of modern art prints over 2 queen sized beds. There is a large dresser and full length closet with double doors, perfect for storing all of your belongings.
The 3rd upstairs bedroom, the "glam room," also has 2 queen beds, closet and dresser for storage.

The newly remodeled, spacious and fully-loaded kitchen has ample counter space for preparing and serving meals, new stainless steel appliances, spices and cooking oil, a coffee and tea nook and a long breakfast bar with stools which are perfect for a quick breakfast or for a serving area.
The dining room, directly adjacent to the kitchen, seats 10-12 people so your entire group can dine together.
The laundry room features a full-sized washer and dryer complete with laundry essentials like detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets. The half-bath is next to the laundry room and is equipped with a bidet to get you so fresh and so clean! :)
Open up the double glass patio doors in the dining room for direct access to the large, covered patio. The backyard spaces opens up to the dining area which features a table for 6, wall-mounted, smart TV, a large bar with built-in drink cooler to keep all of your beverages ice cold, & plenty of bar stools and counter space for the entire group! The downstairs level of the home features a large game room with wall-mounted smart TV, pool table, lots of board games, wet bar, plenty of seating and a super cool grass wall with a neon "good vibes" sign...the perfect back-drop for all your vacay photos!
Get ready for a night out in Old Town in the makeup room because you’re like, really pretty! With room for 8, each prepping station is complete with a pink velvet stool, lighted tri-fold mirror and a heat resistant pad for all your hot tools.
The downstairs bedroom features a twin bunk bed and full-sized bed, large closet and small dresser for storage, full-sized mirror and ceiling fan.
The dedicated workspace is located in the downstairs bedroom and is complete with a writing desk, chair and printer to tackle all of your "work from home” tasks.
There is a full bathroom downstairs with a bathtub and shower combo and all of the essentials like fresh, clean towels, makeup cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer & more.
**There is a $50/day charge to heat the pool.**

Only 3 miles from downtown Old Town, it boasts the perfect location for enjoying all that Old Town has to offer, while still being able to retreat to a quiet place at the end of the day to rest, relax & recharge.
Getting around the neighborhood is easy with a Lyft or Uber. Or jump on one of the many electric bikes or scooters available throughout town.
