Positive: Clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable

Negative: I could have booked the same room on Henro House for much less. The communication was not good, the keys were not in the designated spot when I arrived. There is no public transportation or taxi service close by. The signage made me feel unwelcome, demanding extra payment if you came early and only one “complimentary” hot drink. This was clearly just a business not a guesthouse. I would not stay again.

Positive: My room was a large Japanese style room, though with two single western style beds. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Negative: There are no laundry facilities, which is unusual, though there is a laundromat within a short walking distance. For meals you need to to visit local eateries and depending on the night they may not be open.
