Positive: The customer service was excellent. The employees were very helpful and polite. I like that the room had a refrigerator and a microwave. The hotel was close to where I needed to go.

Negative: I didn't like that there was not an elevator to go upstairs. I had a heavy suitcase and it was difficult to go up and down the stairs with it. Also, even though the room was very clean, it may need an update in decor.

Positive: The room was nice - clean and well appointed. The door lock worked well! The staff were all helpful and friendly. The wi-fi was superb.

Negative: The mattress was a little lumpy. The breakfast offerings are very limited: bread, pastries, cold cereal, and ramen cups. The coffee was good, though.

Positive: location was great, the room was big and spacious for 3 adults.

Negative: the free breakfast was not great, we went down to find only 2 pieces of bread and a partial jug of milk. we decided to eat out for breakfast each day unfortunately.
