This beautiful, bright & sunny corner duplex, is located in Huerta Nueva, part of the Spanish town Los Gallardos, only 12 minutes from the sandy beaches of Mojacar and Garrucha.
The entrance the house has a lovely glazed veranda with sliding doors that open out directly onto the very large terrace (164m2) with private swimming pool (8.50 x 3.00 meters).
On the ground floor there is a large lounge area with an air-conditioner, an open plan kitchen fully equipped with all white goods and granite worktop and breakfast bar. High definition TV with 96 UK/Ireland channels. There is also a downstairs toilet and a double bedroom.
On the first floor you will find a family bathroom with a window, and 2 double bedrooms with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has sliding doors leading to a sunny terrace. Both bedrooms have air-conditioners.
The house has an attractive solarium with views over the Sierra Cabrera Mountains and the white “pueblo” of Mojacar.
It includes a private parking space just in front of the property.
The urbanization, consisting of just 28 houses, is very well maintained and has a fantastic community pool, kiddy pool and garden.

Summary: Lovely peaceful stay. House had everything you need and having the private pool was great. Lovely walks in local area from the house. Ten minutes to the beach. Close to motorway but not noisy. Loved it so much, we've already booked again for next year.

Summary: On first impressions everything looked fine,there was a couple of blips but Gaby sorted them. Everything was there you could have wanted it was well stocked...however the cooker inside was dirty,we never used it,the fridge had to be cleaned prior to use..all around the work surfaces was dirty and the general cleanliness let it down. The pool had lots of grit in and the pool man didn't turn up till the Thurs (6 days into our holiday).Think the cleaner needs to be sorted.

Summary: The house is lovely, with nice pool & outside area. All the extras the owner includes really makes it a home from home experience. Great to have English tv & internet. Communication with the owner was great & easy booking. A car is essential for this property.

Summary: We had a wonderful experience at this house - it is perfect for a family holiday and has all you need. The pool was a good size with plenty space around to relax - the kitchen is well equipped with good laundry facilities aswell - extremely comfortable beds in all the rooms! The area is lovely and would recommend a trip to garruccha beach it’s perfect way to spend the day relaxing - mojacar is worth a look also. The owner is very prompt and made the whole booking process very easy - access to the property was straight forward and if I needed to ask any questions prior to the holiday and also whilst we were away she responded straight away with no delays. Excellent tv and WiFi facilities which was a hit with the teenager! Will definitely revisit!
