Summary: What a lovely spot! The apartment is spacious and has all the appliances you could think of. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the hilly landscape. There are beautiful towns and villages to visit in Le Marche and Perugia and Assisi are only 60 km. away. But the area is also ideal for hiking with 2 nature parks close by. The owners, Euro and Mara, are very helpful and have great knowledge of the area.

Summary: "The apartment was lovely, and everything was spotlessly clean. The surroundings were stunning: the house is in a cradle surrounded by mountains. We felt completely at peace. I would recommend the area to anyone who is interested in history and who appreciates natural beauty. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming, and the owner of the apartment was quite outstanding in his concern for our welfare. I feel that my description cannot do justice to the quality of the experience we enjoyed in renting this property."

Summary: "The property is very well situated in a very calm area and yet close to the town of Fabriano. It is very close to the two natural parks of Monte Cucco and Frasassi for outdoor activities and close enough to the big cities of Perugia or Gubbio for cultural ones. The property is very well equipped in a big traditional house of the Marches. Many thanks to Cesaroni family for their welcome."

Summary: "The house has a perfect location on a gentle open slope with beautiful views of the nearby mountains. This is a rural environment, you can see sheep grazing around the house and a combine working nearby. The house is off a quiet road, this place is very calm and clean what makes a very relaxing atmosphere. Having your meal outside the house is a real pleasure. The kitchen is well equiped and the welcome basket provided by the hosts is a very nice surprise. Overall, the hospitable hosts, the beautiful house itself and the spectacular surroundings make you want to come back as soon as possible."

Summary: "We enjoyed our week in July in the large apartment very much. The country house is restored beautifully. The setting is very peaceful and beautiful, overlooking a valley and surrounding hills. The apartment is large, clean and comfortable. Upon arrival we received a welcome basket, full of nice food. Euro and Mara are very friendly and helpful people. The place is a good starting point for trips in the environment (Marche, Umbria). Highly recomendable!"

Summary: "We enjoyed our week in Fabriano staying in an apartment in the country house that Euro and Mara have restored beautifully. You do need a car because the apartment is not in the town but it is in a beautiful and peaceful setting overlooking a valley and hills. The apartment is large, clean and comfortable, a nice combination of old and new with modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. We also appreciated the basket of food that greeted us on our arrival. Euro and Mara are lovely, helpful hosts. Fabriano is a great location from which to explore the surrounding area with many places of interest within easy driving distance. The old part of Fabriano itself is appealing and don’t miss the Bicycle Museum, a museum of more than 70 bicycles used from the 1920s to 1960s by trades people. The dog catcher’s bicycle with a large cage, a lassoo and dog leads and the dressmaker’s bicycle complete with sewing machine were only two of an amazing and fascinating array."
