Very nice 2 Bedroom 1 1/2 bath pool home. Nice open floor plan, ceramic tile throughout, nice light kitchen with a large utility room. The bedrooms are large with good-sized closets, the main bedroom has a half bath that opens out to the pool area. There is a very large covered and enclosed lanai area overlooking the freeform heated pool. Close to all major roadways, shopping, Port Charlotte mall, grocery stores, and much more. Tucked away in a nice waterfront community. The garage will not be accessible.

Summary: The house and peoperty is beautiful and well maintained!My kids and I stayed for a week to visit some friends and enjoy warmer weather. The heated pool was very popular with my kids Everything we could have needed was provided - kitchen items, bath and pool towels, and extra bedding and blankets, as well as chairs, toys and an umbrella for the beach. I would highly recommended staying at this property!

Summary: The property was as listed, a very well kept up 2 bedroom house, with a private pool. Everything was in great shape and the house was well supplied. I had great communication with the owner and he was always timely in his responses to the few questions i asked him, including arranging an extra 4 days. I stayed for a total of 11 days and would definitely stay there again. If you are looking for a 2 bedroom with a private pool, this is this place to go. Thank you Steve for a great stay!

Summary: My husband and I spent 6 weeks at the house the in Port Charlotte. The house was very clean. We absolutely loved the heated pool and used it almost every day. It was always heated to 87 degrees. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. I found everything I needed to cook in the kitchen. We cannot wait to return.

Summary: We had such a great stay! We had a busy weekend and didn’t stay at the home as much as was intended but it was clean, had everything you’d need for your stay! The access to the house was super easy too! We loved the outdoor screened in porch! We would stay here again!
