Summary: This was a great place to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. The house is nice and big and well equipped. There were 13 of us all together and everyone had enough space without feeling like we were on top of each other.

Summary: The house had majority of things we needed. However it could do with some TLC, doors to cupboards and wardrobes need re hinging. Great location for the races and we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The property was a good size with room for our party of 7 to spread out. Kitchen and dining facilities were good. We had some trouble with the heating system, which our host was responsive on. It would have been nice to use the games room but the pool cues and darts were all bent or broke, and it was altogether quite shabby.
