Positive: Our host was extreme friendly and helpful. She organized a massage in our room and helped with a delivery service for diner. Cosy garden with swimming pool.

Negative: A little to noisy due to the nearby road and dogs. No hot water in the shower and no storage for clothes.

Positive: I did like the place since it was worth our money.

Negative: I think they need more rack for wet clothes or options for us to hang our clothes. We felt bad hanging it outside our room.

Positive: Amazing value for your money. We got the big one at the right side after the entry, nice pool, very nice interior and exterior, would always come back again!

Negative: Maybe a bit loud as usual because directly besides the street. But it's normal in the Philippines.

Positive: Clean and nice ambience of the pool area. There is a grilling station near there and cabana looking eating area. The room were decent for 2 tight for 3 with extra bed. Bathroom spacious and new tiles/updated and clean! Has a porch equipped with sink/faucet and cabinets for cooking and eating utensils! One burner stove and toaster and your personal 5 gallon filtered water on a dispenser! And a mosquito lantern! Staff offered to show/guide us to where a good place to eat for dinner as they do not have food/restaurant on site. Has safe parking and the entrance is just off the main road!

Negative: Shower height not friendly for tall people. It had a small refrigerator and big screen TV (wasn’t working) the window/wall aircon is too loud, gets too cold and no remote and located high near ceiling which requires you to stand on bed to turn on/off. Lack of Lighting on the porch/walk way my daughter fell off the porch as we were walking down the one step! Can be slippery and a lot of mosquitoes during rainy season (June-July). Google map took us up to the mountain nearby and completely missed the place!

Summary: There are more good points in this property but we only stayed overnight so it’s like our first impression. I would not

Positive: Good loctation, close to some very pretty falls and far less busy then Kawasan. It is on the road of the Ceres bus from the port to Moalboal, so when you arrive by ferry you can take the bus and ask to get off here. If you continue travelling to Moalboal, you can just wait for the bus outside the property. The room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the pool, our own terrace and the peace. Samboan is very close (1 min by scooter), where you can find a few small eateries.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Great location, nice pool relaxation area . We had both mini pool at our property plus use of main pool. Very spacious with all facilities and clean, well equipped premises. We could have lived here !
