This newly renovated 2 bedroom home, with modern furnishings is ideal for that family getaway which can accommodate 6 people comfortably. In the warmer months, enjoy a swim in the family pool, or sit on the deck and take in the serenity. Adjoining the deck is an entertainment room with Bar,TV,indoor/outdoor stereo and Pool Table. The master bedroom has a walk in robe, reverse cycle A/C, TV, ceiling fan and its very own deck overlooking the stunning garden and pool area. 2 bunk beds in the second room are great for the kids, and also has a TV/DVD, reverse cycle A/C and ceiling fan. All new kitchen with a dishwasher. Fans and TV's in every room and an A/C in the living area large enough to keep you cool on the warmer nights. Complimentary Wi-Fi to cover all your internet needs. Enjoy a meal outdoors on the hooded BBQ and 8 person setting. 2 toilets and plenty of off-street parking and a garage for 1 vehicle and locked gate access to park your boat. Beautiful Jetty and Sea views from the bay window and front lawn and only a short 250m stroll to South Beach one of the best beaches in South Australia. Summary: We were amazed with the place when we walked in. It is very nice and homey and the activites provided kept us busy during our stay. Michelle and Ben were also amazing with leaving us with many instructions and tips and even keeping us updated with a blackout. We would definitely stay there again :)

Summary: We had a comfortable and entertaining stay. We enjoyed the pool, 8 ball table and our son loved the little arcade game. The kitchen is perfect with everything you need. The coffee machine was fantastic! We will be back in the near future. Communication with owners was brilliant!

Summary: This property is perfectly set out for a small family , safe secure back yard. Nice lawn for cricket or footy. And the pool is our highlight. Michelle is very quick to reply to questions and enquires. A great place.

Summary: We had such a relaxing stay. The house was in a great spot, all the things you’d want and need for a comfortable stay. We had a couple of nice days where we were able to enjoy the pool, which is such a nice bonus for a holiday property. Our 11 month old had a wonderful first trip up to Pt Hughes / Moonta Bay, and was very comfortable in the House on South. Michelle’s communication and assistance from booking to check out was amazing. Very friendly, thoughtful & considerate hosts. Would recommend!
