Summary: The listing clearly advertised a heated pool. Then after booking they tried to charge me an extra 600 dollars. I refused and they finally agreed to have the pool ready. When we arrived the pool was nice cold. The hot tube was ice cold as well. The last night of our stay the water finally got warm. I reached out and ask them to make it right and they will not. I plan to dispute the charges on my credit card and I will be shouting from the roof top for people to not go to this property!

Summary: The property is in good condition with all of the amenities (pool, hot tub, pool table, # of beds) that were listed in VRBO. This place was an excellent location with a great amount of space for our group of friends.

Summary: We had friends get together and everyone had a great time. Enjoyed the pool area and spa, best views of Sunset. Several beds to cover 5 families. This property is in private location with views to some deers and rabbits. There were some ants around pool table and I wish there were blankets for each bed but we managed.

Summary: We had 18 family members sleep here, and everyone felt like they had their own space while the kiddos got to share the big bunk room! Property is on several acres and very quiet with no neighbors in sight. Plenty of parking. Pool is incredible! 6 mins away from Evo movie theatre, dozens of restaurants, and 10 mins to deep eddy vodka. We were skeptical because the house looked far from everything but it was PERFECT and close to everything.

Summary: We had a group of 20 Stay here and it was perfect for us. The backyard and pool area is very cool along with a great guesthouse. We were able to check out the deep eddys distillery in and few other breweries that were near by. The finish out on the house is phenomenal and they have the coolest mural on the wall outside. also, a check and we had a gift basket which looks like most of the things were crafted in Austin. We will be back in the spring to stay again.

Summary: Valerie was fantastic at answering our dozens of questions and messages before and during our stay. If you're debating staying here, just book it! It is so well thought out, spacious, luxurious, and well maintained. Naturally, the kids never left the pool and my husband and BIL played pool and ping pong all day!
